Sybil Trist was born in St Albans Hertfordshire. She attended Public School before studying at the Slade School of Art from 1923-1925 and then at the Royal Academy Schools from 1925 untill 1927 under Harold Workman. Her works have been exhibited at the Royal Institute of Art, The Royal Academy of Art, The Society of Woman Artists and the United Society of Artists, all of which she was an elected member.She lived in London and
